As much as I’ve been dabbling with the idea that spring is here,
I pull myself back sometimes and remember we are still in the winter season, even in Texas.
We have been lucky though because the cold temperatures do not seem to last but the morning and night, so I’ve been doing the layered look a few days. This look is perfect for days when the weather is playing tricks on you and your day starts out with that cool breeze and then later on, the sun comes blazing out of nowhere. So when you’re too hot, the scarf will no longer be necessary, similar to a coat/jacket, yet you still look put together. I obviously didn’t invent this idea of wearing a blanket scarf tied but for those that have yet to come across it and curious about more ways to wear one, here you go! I have seen some that let a light scarf just hang over but I decided to wear a blanket scarf
and belt it. I guess you could say that even with the feeling of spring,
I still hold back on putting away some of my favorite winter items.
I love the dimension and color combo in this outfit though,
so I’ll be wearing this layered look again but a lighter version of it for spring.
Is anyone else ready to put away the heavier pieces
