I am not usually one to wear pink all the time but I think with Valentine’s Day around the corner,
that is all my mind can think about is pink and red.
So what do I do? I wear a full look in pink.
But hey, it’s okay to be extra girly at times and this is the perfect occasion to dress in such way!
I’ve started my spring shopping early as the weather lately has been amazing,
hinting spring is on it’s way sooner rather than later.
I’m still wanting to wear my boots and winter gear as the morning and night are very cool,
but then the sun comes out blazing to almost 80 degrees and then I regret my outfit choice.
So for all you shoppers out there with bare legged weather like here in Texas,
this spring ready outfit is the perfect amount of girly and romantic for your Valentine’s Day.
The great thing about it is that these pieces are separates that you can wear again another way.
Besides pink, I’m also not one to rock a crop top on a regular basis. However I’ve been building my confidence in doing so, because let’s face it, you only live one
and this one with the lace is too cute to resist not having for spring.
Too cold for you to wear right now?
Try pairing it with a blouse or sweater underneath or add a chic coat.
High waisted jeans or culottes are other great choices if you are uncomfortable exposing too much.
Also, if you’re looking for a good nude scrappy heel to add your collection for spring,
take a look at these, they come in more colors too so I am getting the black one now.
Even contemplating the yellow, but then I saw this pair in the yellow so I may grab those instead.
But this pair is actually comfortable for a strappy sandal and the material is really soft, like a leather/suede. Oh, the decisions! Well at least I am getting a head start on spring shopping so I will be incorporating more spring ready outfits soon and how to transition your winter wardrobe.
So what are you wearing for Valentine’s Day?
A girly romantic outfit in pink or a sexy chic piece in red?
I may opt for something casual and go for mimosas with a movie for a gal pal day!
